As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish between the product photos and the item you receive are normal and part of its handcrafted nature.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order will apply to that order.

4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

6. Shipping
We ship worldwide. As each item is handmade to order, please allow up to 30 days for crafting before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated at 5-20 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control. Shipping rates vary by region and are displayed at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on damaged or defective items.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on soulfirestudios.store, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SoulFire Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
